2.5 FTE OPERATOR ALLOCATION

DAY-45 OFF-RAMP

§ TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

THE ENGAGEMENT DISCIPLINE

01

2.5 FTE operator allocation.

Two full-time operators plus a half-time principal across the full ninety days. No subcontracted corpus, no rotating staff, no loaned talent. The same five hands from kickoff through the D90 Ledger run.

02

40 / 30 / 30 payment schedule.

Forty percent at kickoff, thirty percent at D30, thirty percent at D90 on delivery of the Citation Ledger entry. No retainer before work. No retainer after work. Payment tied to the same calendar as production.

03

Day-45 off-ramp.

At the midpoint — after the D30 checkpoint, before the D60 first panel run — either side may terminate for any reason. Termination returns the unearned portion of the second installment. The discipline protects both houses from a wrong fit.

04

One operator per category.

Wiele Group works with a single named company per premium category at any one time. The retainer is not sold against itself; the category is reserved for the quarter of engagement and the quarter that follows.

05

Published at the quarter.

The delivery is a line in the next Citation Ledger — published on wielegroup.com with standard error, methodology, and named engines. Every engagement ends in a number a third party can cite.

§ STANDING ORDER

The roster is limited. The calendar is not.

Engagements open quarterly against published slot availability. The Smoke Panel is the entry point; a Tier A retainer is the next move. Founder-read, founder-replied — within the next cycle.
