Wiele Group is a small, deliberately concentrated practice. We take a limited number of mandates each fiscal year — always six months minimum, always following a Hearing, always for operators who treat visibility as infrastructure rather than marketing.

Landman.
Before founding the group, Jonathan spent more than a decade building search and content practices inside some of the most serious independent advisories in his market — the last as head of organic growth for a consultancy where he led editorial-driven growth at a senior advisory, and began to see the first shape of what would become GEO.
The practice opened to a small circle of founders in MMXXV, and was incorporated formally as Wiele Group at the turn of MMXXVI. The thesis has not changed since the first mandate: the answer layer is a new distribution channel, it is winnable, and the firms that engineer for it early will compound moats the incumbents cannot.
Jonathan writes monthly in the Journal, speaks selectively at private conferences on AI search and category authority, and retains a maximum of three direct principal mandates per fiscal year.
