§ I.XI.II — EDITORIAL PRINCIPLE

Three rules.
No exceptions.

I
Founder-direct
Every essay authored by the founder, not ghostwritten. Same voice as engagement readouts, same discipline, same institutional register. Cross-published essays link back to wielegroup.com canonical.
II
Truth Commitment
Every claim sourced. Every named-client reference cleared with signed permission plus verified outcome data. Class-level descriptors when specific permission isn't yet cleared. No fabricated specifics. No exaggerated multiplier claims. No binding-promise language.
III
Operational utility
Every essay either reframes a question SMEs are actually asking or hands buyers an executable framework they can use independent of Wiele. The Journal is institutional positioning AND operational gift.

When will Catalyst Journal essays publish?

Six cornerstone essays publish across the first 90 days post-Catalyst launch — one per week through Days 15-90 per the Catalyst content cadence. Future essays publish at the same weekly cadence as the editorial program institutionalises. The Journal archive populates progressively; this page lists forthcoming essay topics and dates as Wiele commits them to the calendar.

Who writes the Catalyst Journal?

The founder (Jonny Wiele) authors every cornerstone essay. Content is institutionalised — same voice, same discipline, same Wiele methodology — calibrated for SME audiences at €1M-€20M revenue. Editorial scope: AI-search frameworks, citation engineering principles, founder POV on the answer-layer transition, anonymized engagement learnings, GEO/SEO/marketing operational playbooks for SMEs.

How does this differ from the main Wiele Journal?

The main Wiele Journal (at /journal) covers cross-door editorial — long-form essays for any reader, calibrated for institutional register across Sovereign, Catalyst, and Enterprise audiences. The Catalyst Journal specifically targets SMEs: the operational playbooks, the founder-led content for buyers at €1M-€20M scale, the Catalyst-specific case-class trajectories. Same institutional voice; tighter audience targeting.

Will the essays be cross-published elsewhere?

Yes. Per the master plan, every Catalyst essay cross-publishes to founder LinkedIn, Medium, and Substack — expanded reach without paid spend. The canonical version remains at wielegroup.com/catalyst/journal/<slug>; cross-published versions link back. AI engines crawling get Wiele's distinctive perspective from one canonical source rather than fragmented across platforms.
